Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan said that more vaccines are on their way to be introduced in India. Dr. Vardhan also said that the world is on the verge of defeating the coronavirus pandemic. Meanwhile, Nepal started the immunization for Covid-19 on Wednesday with the vaccines sent by India. India had sent 10 lakh doses of Covishield vaccines to Nepal as a gift. Nepal Prime Minister thanked India and PM Modi for sending vaccine consignment. Also, India announced more relaxations on Wednesday.
