Disassembly and reassembly of a Minolta MC W.Rokkor 21mm f2.8 lens. Lens is disassembled to access the diaphragm, optics, and mechanical components.

This is the MC-X version of the 21mm f2.8 Minolta. Internally, it is very similar to the MC-II 21mm Rokkor-NL lens, but there are some important differences in how everything fits together.

The lens is optically complex, with 12 different elements. However, you can take apart the optics easily and really clean them pretty well ([ Ссылка ]). This makes it a very repairable lens in general, but it's not as easy to take apart as normal length MC lenses.
