The stock market continues to spiral out of control. Is a recession just around the corner? While many stocks will fall with the market, these 3 stocks have continued to do well even when times have got tough. McDonalds' is fast and cheap food that appeals to customers of any class. Wal Mart sells Proctor and Gamble's numerous products in their aisles. In fact, it's hard to go to a Wal Mart and not find what you are looking for. These are just some of the characteristics of stocks that will continue to return value to shareholders over time. These stocks have even went up when most of the market has went down.
