Khoya kheer or mawa is the richest form of condensed milk.In Bengali “khoya kheer”is nothing but a quintessential part of most of the sweet dish or desert.The meaning of kheer is different in other parts of India.It is mainly used as filling of some sweets like pithe, patisapta, lobonglotika etc.You can make it store it in refrigerator for good 1 month though the quality deteriorates.The fresher it is the better it is.
Ingredients for khoya kheer or mawa:
Milk - 1 litre
Sugar - 50gm
Maida - 1 ts
