FISH REZALA (Rohu Fish Rezala)
How to make fish rezala?
Ingredients:
{
1) Rohu fish: 4 pieces
2) Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
3) Salt: (as per taste)
4) Whole garam masala
5) Bay leaves & red chilli
6) Onion paste: 4 tbsp
7) Ginger & garlic paste: 2 tbsp
8) Beaten yoghurt: 3 tbsp
9) Poppy seeds & cashew nuts paste: 4 tbsp
10) Nutmeg & mace powder: 1 tbsp
11) White pepper powder: 1 tbsp
12) Green chilli paste: 1 tbsp
13) Sugar: 1 tbsp
14) Ghee: 6-8 tbsp

How to make fish rezala ?
MARINATION -
Marinate with lemon juice and salt. Keep it for 10 mins.
Process:
Step 1:
Heat 3 tbsp of ghee, add marinated fish and fry it until golden colour appears and keep it aside
Step 2:
Take a pan, heat it, add 3 tbsp of ghee, then add whole garam masala, bay leaves and red chilli
Add: Onion paste
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Fry them for 2-3 mins
Step 3:
Then add beaten yoghurt, cashew nuts and poppy seeds paste, green chilli paste, cook it on medium heat for 2 mins, add water as required. Let it boil
Later add white pepper powder, nutmeg & mace powder.
Step 4:
Add the fish, cook in it for another 5mins, then add some ring onions slices, add nutmeg and mace powder (if required) and stir frequently
Finally, serve it .
