CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- Police near Columbus arrest a man they believe is a serial bank robber, who also targeted banks in the Cincinnati area. Michael Hay is a suspect in five banks in the Cincinnati and Dayton areas and four in the Columubus area. Those bank robberies in the Tri-State include the PNC Bank in Mt. Washington on December 28 and the Chase Bank in Mason on February 4. Police say Hay was convicted in 2010 of robbing a bank. He was released early on parole in June of 2013. They believe he started robbing banks again in December. Deborah Dixon is following this story. She'll have more at 4:00 and 6:00.
