When sales started dropping off two years ago, the Ambrosi family in Rockaway came up with a creative way of marketing their knife sharpening business, Master Grinding. They began advertising a "knife spa" -- a haven where knives go to be pampered. Business has exploded and customers are now shipping in knives from all over the country.
