Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Black salt - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Aamchur powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Roasted besan - 3 tbsp
Roasted oats flour - 3 tbsp
Cashew nuts as required (halved)
Oil/ghee for shallow frying
