- Interrogate the function of collective licensing bodies, the types of rights holders and works they represent and the main principles underpinning their licences.
- Discuss open access licensing with specific reference to Creative Commons licences.
- Examine issues associated with eBook licensing.
- Understand importance of organisational documentation and sharing of information about copyright licences.
