Red Snapper Fillet
To Make Marinade
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp

Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Pepper - 1 Tsp (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Besan /gram Flour - 2 Tsp (Optional)
Juice Of 1 Lemon
Water
Red Snapper Fillet
All Purpose Flour/maida - 1/4 Cup (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Salt - 1/2 Tsp (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Pepper - 1/2 Tsp (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
To Make Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce
Butter - 30 Gms (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Chopped Garlic
Salt (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Pepper - 1/2 Tsp (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Juice Of 1 Lemon
Oil For Frying
Method:
Red Snapper Fry
1. To a bowl, add ground ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, pepper, besan, lemon juice and mix everything with some water.
2. Apply the marinade onto the fish (on both sides). Let it sit for 30 mins.
3. Heat oil in a pan for shallow fry. Place the fish fillet in the oil.
4. Let it fry for 4 mins on each side.
5. Add some curry leaves to the oil and fry it along with the fish.
6. Fish fry is done.
Lemon garlic butter sauce.
1. Chop the garlic and season it with some salt.
2. Heat a pan and melt the butter.
3. Once the butter is melted, add garlic.
4. Season it with salt and pepper.
5. Finally add the coriander leaves and lemon juice. Let it cook for 1 mins.
6. Garlic lemon butter sauce is ready.
Fish fry with the sauce.
1. Take maida in a plate and season it with salt and pepper.
2. Coat the fish fillet with the flour mixture.
3. Add oil to a pan and heat it.
4. Remove the excess flour and place the fish fillet in the oil.
5. Fry each side for 3 mins.
6. Remove the fried fish and add the lemon sauce over it.
