Important information pertaining to the Primary Election Extension:
No in-person voting at polling locations.
Only those registered to vote by the primary deadline of February 18, 2020 are eligible to vote.
Absentee Ballot Request Deadline: Noon, Saturday, April 25, 2020.
Ballots must be postmarked by: Monday, April 27, 2020.
All votes already submitted by mail or in-person will be counted.
Ballots will begin being mailed in early April.

How do I vote by mail?
Complete a Vote-by-Mail ballot application for the upcoming election.
Once you have completed your application by providing all of the required information, print and sign it.
Mail the application back to the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections.
Wait to receive your ballot in the mail.

Return your voted ballot.
When is the deadline to vote by mail?
Your application must be received by the Board of Elections by 12:00 p.m. on the Saturday before Election Day.
Your ballot must be received by the Board of Elections:
By 7:30 p.m. on Election Day if delivered in person by the elector or a close family member; or
Postmarked by the post office by the day before Election Day and received by the Board of Elections no later than 10 days after the election if sent by U.S. Mail.
