PNR DMT (Departmental and Materials Train) 5007 hauling 3 open wagons carrying new wooden sleepers passes through San Andres station and crossing in Laguna heading to Lucena City in Quezon Province. These wooden sleepers will be used to replace old ones in bridges and switches along the main tracks in the Lucena area as part of the PNR Southrail rehabilitation project for the resumption of the Bicol Express train.
