President Biden visited Northern Ireland on Wednesday to mark 25 years since the Good Friday Agreement, which helped bring peace to the region. In a speech at Ulster University in Belfast, Mr. Biden stressed that American investment can help fuel economic growth, especially if the fractious politicians in Belfast resolve a new political crisis in the country.
