Welcome to my new kitchen in California! The first day I arrived to California, I went to check out a local farmers market - California is known for its amazing farmers market: fresh produce, fruits, vegetables, eggs, etc. you name it, you find it! The cherries and peaches I saw were phenomenal so I had to make one of my favorite recipe: the cherry clafoutis! It's a french dessert made, originally, with cherries suspended in a crepe-like batter. However, you can also make it using peaches, apricots, prunes, etc. So it's the perfect dessert to savor summer fruits!
