If your a new beekeeper your probably not to sure what to look for in the hive. In this video, I explain a few things to look for on the frames. From making sure they have stores to feed the young, to explaining capped brood and checking the queens pattern. I also look for deformed wing virus (DWV) this is caused by Varroa mites. It's a good thing to look for with mite populations growing in hives.
