This is how I painted my motorcycle wheel. Supplies listed below. You can find everything at a local auto parts store or amazon. If you're keeping the tire on the wheel you will have to tape that up. Most important part, take your time and be patient. Enjoy. Fine sand paper, 400 grit or higher. Duplicolor primer, Duplicolor wheel paint, Duplicolor clear coat.
