The Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal in Nigeria on Thursday, discharged the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra #IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, of the 15-count terr0rism charges brought against him by the federal government. The appellate court, in a unanimous decision read by Justice Adedotun Adefope-Okojie, faulted the process through which #NnamdiKanu was brought before the Federal High Court.
