DayZ secrets, tips and tricks to help you become a better survivor...

- You can get an M4 as a fresh spawn! If you run into the Rify toxic zone as a fresh spawn you can scoop up all the good loot and then escape the gas before you die. Your character will be doomed with gas poisoning but if you stash the M4 you can respawn and come back again to pick it up!
- Cooked vegetables are great! A baked zucchini has more calories than a baked chicken steak! So get cooking early game!
- The bayonet melee attack is overpowered! You can stealth kill with it. And if you aim for the head you can one shot zombies and shred players
- You can disarm landmines with lockpicks
- A worm isn't necessary for fishing but it will make it 10x faster to catch a fish!
- There are graves across the Chernarus map, each of the graves is dedicated to a real DayZ player who has passed in the real life
- Near Svet there’s a guy with a club carved into the ground
- Wolves eat dead animals
