Keto Crackers Recipe
1 1/2 Cup (170g) Mozzarella Cheese
3/4 Cup (85g) Almond Flour
2 Tablespoons of Cream Cheese
1 Egg
Dash of Salt
Preheat oven to 425f degrees. Combine Mozzarella Cheese and Almond Flour in a microwave safe bowl and MIX. Next add 2 tablespoons of cream cheese into bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Take out and MIX. Put back into microwave for 30 seconds.
Next add egg and salt and MIX. Grab baking sheet and parchment paper and form one giant cracker. Put into oven for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, take out, flip the cracker and put it back in for 5 minutes. Once the 5 minutes are up take out and let cool for additional 5 minutes.
Once that's done cut into tiny bite size crackers. You're done!
