Russia's security service has launched what it calls an "international terrorism" investigation, after three gas leaks were reported on its Nord Stream pipelines in the Baltic Sea. The country is also calling for a meeting at UN Security Council to address the incident.
The EU, Russia, and many other nations say the leakage is extremely concerning. Peter Oliver reports from northern Germany.
