I'm sharing with you these KPOP girl group songs that helped me lose weight and in a way, have improved my dancing skills. For those who are asking, my weight before was 65kg and now it's down to 54kg in a span of three months. The past/then videos were taken last year and I’ve started last January 2021 to regularly dance to KPOP as a form of exercise. I learned all these dance through mirrored dance practice videos and after I've learned them, I repeat the dance over and over for 1-2 weeks as a daily exercise for me to not only lose weight but also improve.
