This is the perfect dinner idea!
INGREDIENTS
1 head napa cabbage;
500g (2 cups) minced chicken;
15g scallions, sliced;
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated;
1 egg;
2 tbsp oyster sauce;
2 tbsp soy sauce;
2 tbsp cornstarch;
1 tsp chili flakes;
3 eggs;
Panko breadcrumbs for dredging;
Vegetable oil for frying.
METHOD
Cut napa cabbage leaves and place them in salted water until soft (around 30 seconds). Leave to cool down.
Combine chicken with egg, scallions, sauces and chili.
Fill each leaf with a heaping tablespoon of chicken filling and roll as shown in the video.
Dip into egg and cover with breadcrumbs.
Cook in preheated oil for 4-5 minutes and serve with your favorite sauce.
