a patient came into my office with symptomatic apical periodontitis with irreversible pulpitis in maxillary right 2nd premolar, with class 2 cavity in adjacent molar.
after taking a proper informed consent, i started my dental treatment.
here are the procedures from the beginning to the end:
1. rubber dam: Maxidam®
2. gingivectomy / electrosurgery: Actto 50A
3. Rewalling: high filler loading flowable composite (palfique universal flow, medium flow)
4. class 2 restoration: highly filled, high viscosity flowable (palfique universal flow, super low)
5. shaping using rotary file: one curve no. 35 taper 4% (coltene micromega)
6. continuous ultrasonic activation: u-file attached to ultramint pro (eighteeth)
7. 3D obturation using fast fill and fast pack (eighteeth) and ceraseal bioceramic sealer (metabiomed)
8. coronal seal and core build up: low shrinkage stress flowable bukfill composite resin (palfique bulkflow)
7. Final Layer: packable composite (palfique asteria)
8. microscope: labomed prima
9. xray: nanopix
