A Harford County councilman is facing theft charges. Councilman Dion Guthrie, D-District A, is accused of stealing from the union he ran for many years, according to Baltimore County state's attorney Scott Shellenberger. 11 News reached out to several Harford County leaders and some residents who gave their views on the theft allegation, and what they think Guthrie should do.
