Ingredients:
6oz shrimp
14oz snow peas
salt and pepper to taste
1tb corn starch
1/3cup chicken broth
Steps:
1) Wash and string the snow peas. Wash, shell, and de-vein the shrimp.
2) Heat a pan on medium high heat and add oil. Add the shrimp and spread out into an even layer.
3) Add salt and pepper and cook the shrimp until half way cooked, about 2 min, without moving. Then flip the shrimp and add salt and pepper. Finish cooking, 1-2 more min.
4) Remove the shrimp from the pan, then add the snow peas to the pan.
5) Add salt, and stir fry until 90% done, about 5 min.
6) Add the shrimp back to the pan on top of the snow peas. Mix the corn starch and chicken broth in a bowl, then add to the pan. Continuously mix everything until well combined and the sauce has thickened.
7) Remove everything to a plate and enjoy!
