This is a Volvo XC60 Recharge, one of Volvo's ever growing range of hybrid vehicles, the recharge uses a 2 litre 4 cylinder petrol engine mated to a bank of batteries which makes for 385 bhp and 0-60 mph in 5.5 seconds. But a hybrid is not about the performance it is about saving fuel and the environment which is why the XC60 recharge produces just 55g/km of CO2 and can average around 88mpg on the WLTP cycle.
