Polo View Market, known for Kashmiri shawls and handicrafts, has been transformed into a pedestrian zone, enhancing its appeal as a shopping destination. The Jhelum Riverfront has also been upgraded, with pathways, benches, and lighting, making it a serene spot for visitors. Electric buses now reduce pollution, modernising Srinagar while preserving its cultural charm.
