Quick video about installing the 3M weather strip # 2285, in english its titled "Interior Foam Tape Weather Strip". They also have a water proof line which is thinner and not foam.
This is primarily meant to block airflow around interior doors. I'll install it on my balcony door to keep the drafts out in the winter. Let's see how it looks.
