He also enquired about their physical and mental wellness. Kamalnath questioned the administration and accused it of mismanagement during his meeting with the public. He also asked that unlawful structures be destroyed. Kamalnath further chastised Madhya Pradesh's chief minister, Shivraj, for failing to dispatch the NDRF and armed personnel on time. Thirty-six individuals were killed and many more were injured in this horrible disaster.
