Pickled vegetables
Ingredients for a 4-liter jar:
Color cabbage - 1 kg
Broccoli - 800 g
Cucumbers - 300 g
Radish - 5-6
Sweet pepper - 2
Garlic - 10
Dill
For brine:
Badyan - 1
Black pepper with peas - 5-6
Fragrant pepper - 4-5
Cloves - 2-3
Bay leaf - 2-4
Salt - 3 tbsp.
Sugar - 5 tbsp.
Vinegar (80%) - 2 tbsp.
Water - 1.5 l
