As requested, here's the new Commissar for Astra Militarum tutorial! This model was sent to me by @officialwarhammer and he will proudly join the ranks of my Cadian force now that he's all painted up! For a Commissar, this model is very simple to paint, and you'll get him done in no time with this tutorial!
