Ranger Bob and Lassie arrive at Lake Powell in Arizona to aid with plans for a marina. While out with their guide they rescue a seagull who's been attacked by a hawk. A local medical student, Dave, patches the gull up. The gull later comes to the rescue to alert help after Dave’s speed boat hits an underwater object and starts to sink...with Dave and Lassie onboard.
