Risol Rougut
BAHAN KULIT
230gr terigu protein sedang
1/2 sdt garam
2 kuning telur (35gr)
15gr atau 1 sdm tepung tapioka atau tepung Maizena
Masukkan
220ml susu segar atau UHT
200ml air putih, aduk rata dengan whisker, masukkan
15ml minyak sayur atau mentega cair
Aduk rata dan saring, sisihkan
Wajan balik ukuran 20-21Cm

WHITE SAUCE
25gr mentega tawar/asin
Masak hingga mencair
Masukkan
25 terigu protein sedang secara bertahap sambil terus di aduk dan dimasak hingga terigu matang/tanak
Masukkan
400ml susu cair
3 lembar keju kraft single atau keju Cheddar premium bisa juga parmesan
Lada, garam, kaldu bubuk secukupnya
1/3 butir biji pala di parut atau pala bubuk secukupnya
Masak sambil terus di aduk hingga saus mengental
ISIAN SAYUR
4 batang wortel ukuran sedang/kecil
2 buah kentang ukuran sedang
Potong dadu kecil, rebus 1/2 matang
1 bawang bombay ukuran sedang potong dadu
3 siung bawang putih cincang halus
250gr daging ayam giling
Lada, garam, kaldu bubuk secukupnya
1 sdm mentega
Cara membuat
Tumis bawang bombay hingga harum
Masukkan bawang putih, tumis hingga bawang Bombay layu
Masukkan daging ayam giling, beri garam dan lada secukupnya, tumis hingga ayam matang
Masukkan kentang dan wortel, beri lada, garam dan kaldu bubuk, tumis sebentar, angkat dan biarkan dingin
Bahan taburan
2 sdm terigu pritein rendah
2 sdm maizena
1/8 sdt garam
Aduk rata
Bahan celupan
2-3 sdm terigu protein sedang
200 ml air putih
Aduk rata
Tepung roti
200gr tepung roti di haluskan dengan rolling pin atau botol
Minyak untuk menggoreng
Ambil 1 lembar kulit risol
Isi dengan white sauce, lalu atasnya di kasih sayuran tumis
Tutup dan bentuk segitiga
Baluri dengan tepung
Celup dan baluri dengan tepung roti
Risol bisa di frozen atau langsung di goreng

How to make
