➳ Hey there! Growing alfalfa sprouts at home is very easy and fast. In only a week you can turn one tablespoon of seeds into three cups of alfalfa sprouts. In this video,, I show how I grow sprouts in a mason jar. I have also included a recipe that uses alfalfa sprouts.
There are many ways to use sprouts—sandwiches, wraps, soups, toast, salads, and much much more. Sprouting alfalfa seeds is very easy and requires little to no effort. If you are looking for something easy to grow in a small space that is also delicious, then this is a great option.
