Tutorial 3: Regions of Interest
Regions of Interest (ROIs) are used to mark an area of a DTI data set which is of particular interest to the researcher. This video shows how to draw 2D ROIs in the DTITool. Once we have drawn the ROI, we show how to automatically generate seed points in this region.
NOTE: Due to changes in the design of the GUIs, these videos are no longer up-to-date. The general workflow, however, is still the same. Please visit the site for the latest version of the tool.
