📄 Ingredients:
680 grams of potatoes
100 grams of potato starch
1 and 1/2 tablespoons butter at room temperature
1 pinch of salt
Notes about potato starch: This is an old way of making this recipe. To do this, you must add the same amount of potato starch as the amount taken from the potato dough, that is, 1/4, as shown in the video. Fill the entire empty part with potato starch.
If you don't want to use this old method, weigh out the amount of starch (=100 grams) and add it to the bowl.
There are two options to do this, just choose the way that best suits you.
If the dough becomes dry and crumbly, add a little butter. And if it sticks to your hands, add a little potato starch.
When cooking, add just a few to the pot for a satisfactory result.
This way of making holes in the middle of them is to absorb the sauce when serving.
Serve with sauce and meat of your choice.
