As you all know, Goan Recheado Masala is widely famous for its taste. Any dish prepared with this masala taste just awesome. It gives the dish a perfect blend of spicy, tangy taste.
Recheado Masala is mostly used for the fish fry. We can use any type of fish for fry. But mostly Mackerel & Pomfret is the best option for Recheado Masala fry as they are less bony.

Note:
-Always fry the fish on low-medium flame, so that masala does not burns out & fish fries perfectly.
Ingredients:
2 - Fresh cleaned Pomfret ( 250 - 300 gms )
1 tsp - Salt
1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
1/2 - Lemon
1/4th bowl - Goan Recheado Masala
4 tbsp - Cooking oil
