I have guided 650+ candidates into TOP 100 universities abroad. These are the most common problems I see which hamper your progress (not just for study abroad but in getting good jobs later on):
1️⃣ Not doing internships in college - with so many remote opportunities now available, there is NO excuse to not doing any internships. I helped 3 freshers get into Harvard, CMU and Georgia Tech mainly because they had awesome internships.
2️⃣ Ruining your GPA - whether you were careless, too active in extra curricular or just messed up because of a bad relationship in college, a low GPA is very hard to compensate for later on. It sits there on your resume for next 5-6 years and ruins your reputation. So, please please please don't be careless with your GPA.
3️⃣ Going for MBA without work-ex - the only exception to this rule is you are a prodigy and have done phenomenal international internships and have a solid clarity on your career goal. If not, please get some good work experience before you even think of MBA (I have posted many reels on MBA before, plz check them out).
