Keynoting is a built-in function in Revit. I honestly don't know why more firms are not using it. A separate file on your server can be edited every time you need a new note. You can (and should) also create a new Keynote file for each project. This Revit Tip will guide you thru the process of creating a new keynoting text file from scratch and using it.
