Don't quote me on this but I'm pretty sure this'd be one of the videos that LEGO sent out to big retailers to pitch a given product line, just like Project B. U. G. S. for the Bohrok in 2002 and that one infamous leaked video that spoiled Mata Nui's appearance in 2008. This one belongs to 2003 and focuses on ancillary materials that supported the main toyline.
