And over in Turkey... outgoing Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has won his country's first direct presidential vote.
With nearly all the votes counted... Erdogan took 52 percent of the votes... against his main rival's 38 percent. His rival has admitted defeat.
Erdogan has thanked all of his supporters in a speech in Ankara... and said he wants to strengthen Turkey's largely ceremonial presidency.
