🔹 Don’t overthink it. This obsessive level of scrutiny against singular nutrients in foods leads to the extreme exclusion of certain foods that are actually quite healthy. This leads to ORTHOREXIA and other disordered eating.

🔹 Eat real foods in as close to their original form as possible, and cut the processed junk. If you do that alone you’ll be WAY ahead of the game.
