The government of Jammu and Kashmir has terminated the services of three state employees. Government employees in J&K have been allegedly working with Pakistan-backed terror outfits. Officers have been found to be allegedly helping these outfits by providing logistics to terrorists. They were also involved in raising terror finances and furthering the secessionist agenda. The Govt has invoked 311 (2) (c) of the Constitution of India to sack 3 government employees. According to the sources, they were allegedly acting on behalf of Pakistan ISI and terror outfits. One of the accused was working at the University of Kashmir as a Public Relations Officer. Second accused was recruited as constable in Jammu & Kashmir Police in Armed Police in 2006. Third accused had been working in revenue department, he was allegedly a point-man for Hizbul Mujahideen, JKLF. As of now, 52 government officers have so far been sacked for alleged links with terror outfits.
