At 19:46 on April 9th, China launched the Indonesian PALAPA-N1 satellite with the Long March 3B carrier rocket at the Xichang Satellite Launch Center. The rockets 1 and 2 were flying normally, and the third stage was abnormal. Level and satellite wreckage have fallen, and satellite launch has failed. Troubleshooting and related handling work has been fully launched.
