I've been cooking these wild pink salmon for the last 3 years and find the quality and flavour hard too beat there good value for money and come loaded with a generous 5 portions per pack excellent value for money.(update we note these are packed in China and can have a longer shelf life up too 18 months prior too shipping and may contain the Japanese tapeworm noted in some salmon so cooking for 4 minutes is recommended too kill off any parasites)
