Here is the fabulous Jethro Lawrence who leads the kitchen team at Woolley Grange. (Formerly Head Chef at Le Muset and The Cowshed, Sous Chef for renowned chef Simon Rogan and Masterchef: The Professionals quarter finalist) They are passionate about using sustainable seasonal produce, dovetailing with the equally passionate Woolley Grange gardening team. The two work together to deliver a delightful menu of fresh and flavoursome dishes throughout the year.
They use the best small, local suppliers. Their eggs are supplied by the local farmer at Southview Farm, while the locally reared meats come from Bartlett’s family butchers in Bath.
