▶ 1 whole cabbage cut into quarters,i used 1/2 only
▶ salt to rub cabbage
▶ 2 -3 tablespoon oil to fry cabbage,olive oil is best
▶ oven temperature 350 F
▶ baking time:30 minutes
FOR THE SAUCE:⬇
▶ 1/4 cup tomato paste
▶ 2 garlic cloves,minced
▶ 1/2 teaspoon ginger,minced
▶ 1 teaspoon cumin powder
▶ 1 teaspoon curry powder
▶ 1 teaspoon paprika
▶ 1 teaspoon pepper flakes
▶ vegetable stock as needed
▶ fried onions as needed
