RED LENTIL MASOOR DAL CRISPY DOSA
Without adding any soda yeast eno we can make super crispy dosa for our breakfast.Very simple dosa with only 2 ingredients..always available at kitchen. Red lentil/masoor is rich in fibre, protein and vitamin B.Vitamin B is good for skin which keeps our skin healthy..like a good moisturizer...hope you may like the recipe.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups of white rice any white rice you can take
1 cup masoor dal red lentil
salt as per your taste
water to make consistency
METHOD
Soak any white rice for minimum and masoor dal for minimum two hours.
After 2 hours wash the rice and dal and make fine paste out of it.
Make a good mix, keep lid tightly. Leave it overnight for fermentation.
After 7, 8 hours your batter becomes light. Now fermented batter is ready.
Take flat tawa you can use iron tawa also to make dosa. make very thin crispy dosa as shown in the video...the same tricks to follow to make crispy thin dosa..
Serve it with red chutney... Very tasty dosa we can make with simple 2 ingredients.
