A 9 member delegation of the core committee on Naga political issue is currently in New Delhi to meet central leaders on the Naga issue. The delegation led by CM Neiphiu Rio met the interlocutor of the Naga peace talks, Ak Mishra at Nagaland house on September 8. The delegation is scheduled to meet Home Minister Amit Shah on 9 September. Other members of the delegation included Deputy Chief Minister, Y Patton, UDA Chairman TR Zeliang, UDA Co-chairman Kuzholuzo Nienu Ministers Kaito Aye, Neiba Kronu, S Pangnyu Phom, Tongpang Ozukum and MLA Khriehu Liezietsu
