Hangfa Robotics Co., Ltd. independently developed and produced shuttle handling AGV, mainly used for material transfer and distribution of production transfer lines in workshops. The 2000kg shuttle handling AGV adopts T series model with 60mm lifting stroke, supporting lifting, handling and lowering of 2000kg cargo (including pallet). The 1000kg shuttle handling AGV adopts OmniRhino model with 200mm lifting stroke, supporting lifting, handling and lowering of workpiece support. AGV adopts two-wheel differential drive, supporting forward, backward, rotation and other motion control. When the equipment system is running, it receives tasks issued by the scheduling system and executes them. The AGV realizes precise positioning through QR code navigation and other technologies, and when docking, it can meet the positioning and stopping position accuracy of 5mm. It utilizes a multi-level power threshold control that enables it to autonomously charge at low battery levels and autonomously return to work once charging is complete. The application environment of AGV supports seamless roaming of WIFI network communication and barrier-free operation in network coverage areas. The vehicle body is equipped with front and rear laser obstacle avoidance, front and rear collision detection, emergency stop button and other multi-level safety protection, so that the operation process is safe and reliable.
Multiple shuttle handling AGVs from Hangfa Robotics Co., Ltd. can collaborate and transfer according to the task priority level to complete the material handling work. It helps enterprises to optimize the production process, improve material handling efficiency and ensure transportation safety through automation technology, thus improving production efficiency and reducing safety risks.
